Dennis the owner arrived right on time and got to work right away. He cleaned an area rug, 2 reclining sofas, stairs and bedroom. Looks great! Watched him work, soaped up and scrubbed everything to get clean.

I had called Dennis from Mr. Steam on short notice, as I was moving at the end of the week and needed my couch desperately cleaned. It had been in the basement for years and was one of my cats favorite spots to snooze on, so it was quite hairy and dirty. He was able to schedule a cleaning for the very next day, arrived promptly, was polite, and did a fantastic job in just an hour. My couch looked brand new, spot and hair free once more. His company offers quite a few amenities with the cleaning for affordable prices, not to mention the great 25% off discount. Would highly recommend for any furniture cleaning needs.

Dennis scheduled a cleaning with me within 24 hours of the first call. The house I just purchased had a carpet that had pet, food, paint, dirt, wax...I don't know what else...stains all over it. I told Dennis not to worry too much about the stains, just to clean it for peace of mind until I could find the time to replace it. When they were done I couldn't have been more impressed...they somehow got nearly everything up, and the need to replace the carpet just got bumped to the bottom of my to-do list. Have used Mr. Steam since 2016 (5 times total) and have been pleased with the results each time. Always answer the phone, are prompt for appointments and have had good results with carpets and upholstery both old and new. Especially good with recent pet messes. Will have them back.
